How long does it process my order?

We strive to get your order shipped as soon as possible but please allow us 24-48 hours to proccessing time.

Why does it look there is a wet spot on the jar?

Wet spots are caused by shrinkage from the cooling of wax which then pulls away from the glass.

It is merely cosmetic and does not affect the performance of the candle

Do you accept returns if I don't like my candle or it's broken when I receive it?

I do not seem to be able smell the candle very well?

We are sorry to hear that the candle isn't achieving the desired results!

Before reaching out to us ensure the candle is used in a small to medium size room.
